It is important to have a basic YOUTUBE like Clone operational.  I suggest using the following script Here.

I have used this script to create Playboy and Penthouse streaming service using Wowza server over 9 years ago.  This is now open source.  See linke here.

This gives us a Rapid Prototype we can build out.  The goal is to get to Alpha Version with 8 Milestones.

Remember, the main difference in the Video streams save on the website is that they are Vertical not Horizontal.  

Categories will have to be geographic based.  The ladder logic to this will need to be in order:

1.  Country

2. State

3.  City

4.  Dispensary Channel Name

The Admin – Broadcaster – and viewer will need to be updated in the software.
